All prices, descriptions and delivery details are correct as of 1st January 2011. SPS Associates reserve the right to change any details without prior notice. We will make these details known to our customers at the time of order. 

2. Due to the fact that most of our products are hand-made, Goods is subject to slight colour, shape or design variation. Colour, weight and shape may slightly differ from the products, hosted on our website or CD catalogue as a result of original piece of amber or other material used. 

SPS Associates accept NO responsibility for colour or design interpretation based on product descriptions. 

3. SPS Associates reserve the right to make product and service changes at no prior notice. The customers will be informed of such changes at time of order. 

4. Payments

The quickest and safest way is on-line payment through PayPal, but Cheque with order, Proforma invoice or direct bank transfer to our account are also accepted.

All Goods is property of SPS Associates until paid in full by the Buyer.

5. Deliveries

Oders of £250 or over to UK mainland is free. Otherwise carriage is subject to local carriage costs.

6. Collections and returns

Collections and returns (UK mainland only) from customer address to SPS Associates are to be paid by the customer both ways. In case of delivery of incorrect or faulty goods, return is paid by SPS Associates. 

7. It is Customer’s responsibility to provide us with correct delivery address to ensure problem-free delivery, including correct house/building number and postcode. Any special instructions (if any) should be clearly indicated.

Failure to provide us with this can cause problems and The Customer will be liable for any costs incurred when retrieving the correct information/lost product.

8. All breakages, shortages, returns or damages are being credited, rather than replaced, against next order. We do not, as a rule, issue credit notes. A note is made against your record and this will be applied against the next order.

9. We advise that all buyers inspect the goods so as to check possible breakages and/or defects immediately on receipt and make a written report to SPS Associates within three working days. No complaints accepted after this period. SPS Associates is not liable for the late or damaged deliveries that occurred due to Carrier’s fault.


The shipping price is based on a Flat Rate as stated in the UK shipping price. The free shipping on orders worth £250 or over is only available for UK customers.

 All shipping outside the UK, i.e Europe and Worldwide is subject to weight tolerances for all orders. Please enquire further by contacting us via Contact Us
